I was greatly blessed to hear Hot Tuna last year, just one or two shows after the release of their latest studio release "Steady As She Goes" at a small theater on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, fifteen minutes from my home. I read at the time that Larry Campbell was key to Jorma and Jack even doing that album, which IMO is excellent, with Larry C playing and producing. The show was first rate, and Teresa Williams delivered a blazing vocal on "Keep Your Lamps Trimmed and Burning." She is easy on the eyes too. It was a great show, loose and tight and high energy fun. And yeah, Jorma is quite tight about letting the music circulate.
